How to Get Full Refund:

1. Take a photo of your teeth with the Holo Shade Guide right before your first use of the Holo kit. Make sure there is a valid time stamp. Note what shade number you are on the shade guide.

2. Use the Holo kit before bedtime for 7 consecutive days.

3. After your last application on Day 7, take a photo of your teeth with the shade guide. Make sure there is a valid time stamp. Note what shade number you are on the shade guide.

4. Take a video showing 2 Holo Pens in the frame. Both must be twisted multiple times to show that both are empty.

5. Send your timestamped photos (with a label of your shade number for each) and video to hello@holowhitening.com

6. You will receive an email from us within 3 business days.
